- Background and Introductions:
The Tree Protection Working Group was approved by the Chatham County Board of Commissioners to draft language for tree protection rules for the county. Meetings are open to the public and will be recorded. The Working Group is comprised of these members representing the Planning Board, Environmental Review Advisory Committee, Climate Change Advisory Committee and Grand Trees of Chatham County:

2. Meeting logistics
- Decide on chairperson and recording secretary
- Decision on whether future meeting are to be held by zoom or in-person
- Scheduling of date/time for monthly meetings (through Nov.)
