We have allowed for a 30-minute window prior to the official meeting start time, similar to last time, to ensure any glitches are resolved prior to 6:30pm.

The agenda for Thursday is attached, the draft meeting minutes from July, and the draft Annual Report. Please review them and come prepared to discuss.
So far, I have only received comments about the revisions to the EIA for Williams Corner from Ray, Jeannie, and Terri. Please send any comments you would like to have presented by the end of the day today so that I may compile them prior to the meeting.
Lastly, please respond to confirm attendance for Thursday so that we can confirm a quorum.
