Please note that due to the COVID-19 pandemic the county will conduct the Planning Board meeting using remote meeting software and there will be no physical meeting location. You can register to join the meeting by visiting www.chathamnc.org/planning/remotemeetings or the link below. You will be assigned as an “audience” member during the meeting and can “raise your hand” during the discussion to be recognized by the Chair to provide comment. You may mail your written comments to the Planning Department at PO Box 54, Pittsboro NC 27312.
If you are interested in speaking during our public input session the Planning Board Chair will ask if there are any speakers at that time, then you will "raise your hand" and be recognized.
