Submittal Requirements*:
- Submit a site plan and fees per the Permitting Flow Chart. The site plan required by the Environmental Health or Central Permitting Departments can be submitted. This site plan should include a delineated "limits of disturbance" that contains all proposed soil disturbance necessary for home construction and other structures, driveway, septic tank/line/field, well/waterline, other utilities, and yard.
- Submit a Land-Disturbing Permit Application.
*Submittals may be made online via OpenGov.
A copy of the typical Residential Lot Disturbance Plan must be kept onsite and adhered to at all times.
