Join a registered dietitian for Medical Nutrition Therapy to help prevent and/or manage many health conditions. Visits will include a comprehensive nutrition assessment, goal setting, care plans and other interventions to help individuals improve their overall health and wellbeing.
Work to create a personalized plan to meet your health goals including:

- Preventing/managing diabetes
- Improving heart health
- Lowering blood pressure and cholesterol
- Improving gastrointestinal health
- Learning more about general food and nutrition information
Call the Siler City clinic of the Chatham County Public Health Department at (919) 742-5641 to schedule an appointment. Sliding scale is available for the uninsured. Most insurance is accepted.
