The Siler City clinic of the Chatham County Public Health Department offers several vaccines for preventable diseases for both children and adults, along with immunization tracking and education.

Vaccine Preventable Childhood Disease

  • Operates clinics for routine childhood immunizations against vaccine-preventable diseases.
  • Provides special vaccine initiatives.

Immunization Tracking Program

  • Tracks the immunization status of children up to 24 months of age to assure immunizations are obtained according to state law.

Adult Immunization Services

Provides the following immunizations for adults:

  • Flu shots - seasonal
  • Adult Tetanus and diphtheria/Td
  • Pneumonia
  • Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR) - for non-vaccinated women of childbearing age and non-immunized males.

Are your immunizations up to date? Complete the appropriate screening on this page. Print it and take it to your physician.
