Starting July 1, 2017, Legislature approved the Expedited Subdivision Review. This means that if you meet the following criteria, you will still go through a minor subdivision process, but not be required to pay the Recreation Fee of the district you are in:

• A minor subdivision with five (5) or more acres
• Resulting in no more than three (3) lots
• Land has not previously been subdivided with this review in the last ten (10) years

 NOTE: This review can only be done once every ten (10) years. If you have residual land and qualify for this review, but you have done it in the last ten (10) years, then you will be required to go through the Minor Subdivision process and pay the Recreational Fee for the district it is in. This review is connected with the land, not the owner. This review is also not a faster process, regardless of its title.
