JOURNEY LEAGUE  
Journey League uses basketball to enhance the physical and social well-being of teens and adults with disabilities and special needs while building community for athletes and their families.

Leisure & Education

CONNECTIONS SOCIAL CLUB 
This program will provide participants with disabilities or other special needs a fun place to meet friends, develop social skills and build relationships with a different activity theme each week. Themes may include arts & crafts, food preparation, and dancing.

HOW DOES MY GARDEN GROW? 
Join us for this hands-on specialized recreation program that will introduce participants with disabilities or special needs to the basics of gardening and horticulture.

Visual Arts

PEACEFUL PATHWAYS PAINTING
November is Family Caregivers and Alzheimer’s Awareness Month. Peaceful Pathways is located at Northeast District Park and is a beautiful, accessible, dedicated space for Chatham County caregivers and their loved ones to relax and take in nature. Let us all meet at the picnic shelter for a step-by-step painting tutorial on canvas. Supplies included.
