ZUMBA WITH ROSE
Zumba is an interval-style dance fitness party that combines low-intensity and high intensity moves. You’ll burn lots of calories as you move to the rhythm with Latin inspired dance moves. The best part of it all is that it doesn’t even feel like exercise!

Join our adult soccer open play program for an exhilarating and inclusive on field experience. Whether you are a seasoned player or just looking to stay active, we have a spot for you! Enjoy friendly matches and getting to meet other soccer enthusiasts around the county through our open play!

ADULT CO-ED SOFTBALL 
This is a recreational co-ed softball league for adults looking to exercise and socialize. Teams will play a regular season followed by a championship. Games will be played on Sundays at Northeast District Park.

TAP DANCING: BEGINNER 
Did you know that tap dancing can reduce stress, increase energy and serotonin, improve flexibility, strength and balance, and create new neural pathways? And did you know that even if you've never put on a pair of tap shoes before, you can learn to tap in a matter of weeks? No experience is required for beginners, just a desire to have fun and be part of a growing community of tappers in Chatham County.

ADULT & PEDIATRIC CPR/AED 
The Adult and Pediatric CPR/AED course incorporates the latest science and teaches students to recognize and care for a variety of emergencies such as how to respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies to help victims of any age - adults (about 12 years and older) and pediatric (infants and children up to 12 years of age). Students who successfully complete this course will receive a certificate for Adult and Pediatric CPR/AED valid for two years.

MOSAICS
Go ahead and smash it! Mosaic art is a process that has reflected the charm of many cultures. Learn about the process of mosaic art using broken crockery, glass, jewelry, and natural objects. First project will be a pre-poured stepping stone (provided). Participants are required to bring supplies including dishes (recycle old tableware or take a trip to your local thrift store), a small hammer, paper towels, and newspapers. 6 class sessions.
