Meeting rooms may be reserved no more than 60 days in advance.

Holmes Family Meeting Room

Must be reserved
Maximum occupancy: With chairs, the room comfortably seats 75. If tables and chairs are used, the room holds 50. Maximum capacity is 150.

Number of available folding tables: (30) 6-ft. tables
Outside door allows access before and after regular library hours with special permission
Wall and floor outlets
Access to:
- restrooms and water fountain nearby
- kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, sink, and microwave
- laptop and overhead data projector
- DVD player
- wireless internet
- powered podium with dedicated laptop and microphone (Macintosh laptops are not compatible with the podium wiring without an adapter cord, which the library does not provide.)
- blackout shades

Double Study Room

Available on a first-come, first-served basis if there are no reservations
Minimum occupancy: 4
Maximum occupancy: 12
Number of available chairs: 12
Number of tables: (2) 6-ft. tables
Usable only during regular library hours, and groups must leave the room 10 minutes before the library closes
