This permit requires:

• Application
• Site plan
•  Flood plain determination (see below for more details)
• Buffer Service Packet  (If you are subdividing the property) 
• Fees
•  New- Online application and payment portal for Environmental Health
•  Instructions for using the online portal

NON-OWNERS:

If someone other than the landowner submits an application a legal representation document must be signed by the owner and legal representative. This document includes information for the parcel of land on which the septic will be installed, as well as contact information for the owner and their legal representative.
 

SITE PLANS:

Site plans are required for all applications and will need to be submitted with the property dimensions, a proposed home with the dimensions, setbacks to property lines, a driveway location, proposed well and septic area. If the property is not vacant you will need to include all existing structures, wells, and septic systems on the site plan.

FLOOD PLAIN DETERMINATION:

A flood plain determination will need to be completed by the Planning Department with jurisdiction based on the location of the property.
