Non-Owners: If someone other than the land owner submits an application a legal representation document must be signed by the owner and legal representative. This document includes information for the parcel of land on which the repair will be made, as well as contact information for the owner and their legal representative.

There is no fee for repair permits; however, a Flood Plain Determination is required and the fee varies depending on Jurisdiction:
