Prior to submitting an application for a Migrant Labor Camp Wastewater System Inspection Request please contact the NC Department of Labor to confirm the camp is registered and to determine if there are wastewater or well water inspection requirements. 

Migrant Labor Camp Wastewater System Inspection Request

If a water sample is needed a fee of $70 is required prior to scheduling the inspection. 

The inspection request and fee can be submitted by one of the following:

•      In person at 80 East Street Pittsboro, NC    Monday -Friday between 8:00AM-4:00PM   

•     USPS to Chatham County Environmental Health, P.O. Box 130, Pittsboro, NC 27312     

•     Application Portal
