According to the CDC, more than 1 in 10 children under 18 in the U.S. have ever had asthma, making it the most common chronic condition for children in America. The Chatham County Public Health Department's Asthma Intervention Program is designed to provide children and their families the tools needed to help manage an asthma diagnosis by addressing triggers in the home.
