Since 2018, the Housing Trust Fund has provided over $1.9 million in support of affordable housing preservation and development. Past projects include conversion of the Siler Square School to housing units, new apartments in both Pittsboro and Siler City, and supportive housing in partnership with the University of North Carolina at the Farm at Penny Lane. The Housing Trust Fund is also a primary funder of home repair and improvement work for qualified residents across the county by fixing homes, reducing energy costs, and increasing accessibility.

Information on certain prior year awards is available below. This page will be updated to provide a better review of past awards and the impacts of the Housing Trust Fund on Chatham County homes and communities.
