Chatham Community Library, in conjunction with heart2heart North Carolina, presents "Creating and Completing Your Advance Health Directives" on Saturday, June 8, from, 10:00 am - 12:00 pm in the Holmes Family Meeting Room. The event is free and open to the public.
Advance Directives are legal documents that allow you to spell out your decisions about end-of-life care ahead of time, to avoid confusion later on.
Heart2heart's Director, Brooksie Edwards, and notary Leigh Hall will guide you through the process of identifying your wishes and legalizing the documents.
Coffee, tea, and cupcakes will be served. Heart2heartnc is dedicated to assisting individuals, families and communities navigate dying time, death, grief and renewal.
Funding for this program is made possible by the generous support of the Friends of the Chatham Community Library.
