Join Ms. Wen for an hour of mindfulness practices, including, but not limited to meditation, movement, listening, speaking, and drawing. Ms. Wen will incorporate Mandarin vocabulary and culture into this calming experience.
Ms. Wen was born and grew up in China. She received a master’s degree in Moral Education from Chang’an University, Xi’an. During this time, she received her National Psychologist certificate and served as a volunteer teacher offering psychological counseling to a homeless children shelter. Wen has earned her Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher certificate and Sound Healing certificate and enjoys teaching mindfulness with the intention of spreading peace and unity to children and family. She likes to meditate, teach Chinese, read, do watercolor paintings, and take care of family plants and pets. She has lived in Pittsboro since 2022 with her husband, Jamie, and their three girls.
