In recognition of National Diabetes Awareness Month, dietitians from the Chatham County Public Health Department will be at the Chatham Community Library on Tuesday, November 28, to present on the disease. The program will be held in the Holmes Family Meeting Room beginning at 1:00 pm.

If you would like to know more about diabetes, the importance of healthy eating and how to prevent complications of diabetes, join us. No registration is required and this program is free and open to the public.
