BogTurtle Band, a family music group with a love for Irish folk-rock, Celtic fusion and Irish traditional music, featuring violin (fiddle), tin whistle, guitar, bodhran and vocals will perform in the Holmes Family Meeting Room on Saturday, March 9, 2024, starting at 2:00 pm.
BogTurtle is a family music group playing Irish folk-rock and traditional music, as well as, modern Celtic fusion featuring vocals, violin, tin whistle, guitar, bodhrán (Irish drum) and other percussion instruments. With a setlist of over 150 songs, they perform traditional Irish/Celtic and contemporary songs by groups such as The High Kings, Gaelic Storm, Dervish, Ed Sheeran, The Chieftains, The Dubliners, The Irish Rovers, and others.
BogTurtle is a fun and high-energy group that keeps the audience clapping and singing along. They have entertained crowds at Irish pubs, restaurant/bars, breweries, wineries, festivals, and private events throughout the mid-Atlantic region.
This event is appropriate for music lovers of all ages, and is free and open to the public.
