Families with children ages 3+ are invited to learn all about kitchen science with Chef Arlena Strode. Hear the story of Fanny Farmer in A Pinch of This and Dash of That, and then experiment with kitchen measurements together. Work with a partner to produce a delicious snack!

Chef Arlena Strode is the founder and owner of the Children's Culinary Institute, as well as the author of several children's books about cooking and culinary history.

This event will be held in the Holmes Family Meeting Room. Free and open to the public. No registration necessary.
