MEETINGS & MINUTES:  The listing below shows all upcoming scheduled meetings of the County Board of Commissioners. It also shows past meetings and minutes from Jan. 2006 to current, which can be viewed by selecting the View Past Events option at the top of the list of meetings. To browse minutes of meeting prior to 2006, click here. Minutes are not posted for 4-5 weeks after a meeting, when they have been approved by the Board of Commissioners.  You can also access the minutes through Legistar, the county’s comprehensive public access point for all action items from meetings of the Board of Commissioners, effective January 14, 2013.

AGENDAS:  If agendas are available for meetings, it will note this beside the listing of the event . Click on the event and the agenda will be posted below the title and date of the meeting. In most cases, agendas are only available for the regular board meetings and any work session slated for that same day. Agendas are usually posted here the Friday before a Monday meeting. Special sessions may or may not require a formal agenda so these may not be posted at all. You can also access the agendas through Legistar, the county’s comprehensive public access point for all action items from meetings of the Board of Commissioners, effective January 14, 2013.

EMAIL NOTICE OF AGENDAS: It is easy to receive an email notice when new agendas are posted by signing up online. Be sure to select the Board of Commissioners Meetings box. You will receive an email to confirm that you want to receive this notice.

SEARCHING MINUTES:  You can use the Search Function in the upper right of the screen to search the minutes and agendas, but it does search the entire site.
