The calendar below provides information on scheduled meetings of the following:

  • Planning Board
  • Appearance Commission
  • Transportation Advisory Committee
  • Affordable Housing Advisory Committee 

It also includes deadlines related to rezonings and subdivisions as well as when the Board of County Commissioners is slated to hold public hearings on planning/zoning issues.

Chatham County Affordable Housing Advisory Committee Meeting

The Chatham County Affordable Housing Advisory Committee will be meeting in the Holmes Meeting Room on September 8, 2022 from 6:00-8:00pm. 

 

This meeting is in person only, due to the expiration of the State of NC COVID19 Emergency Order on August 15, 2022. All appointed advisory boards and committees are meeting and conducting business in person. 

 

The agenda is as follows:
