The meeting will officially begin at 6:30pm as per usual. There is additional time built in to ensure proper function of equipment for staff and ERAC members, hence the 5:30pm start time shown. You do not need to login at 5:30pm unless you want to test your microphones and connections.

Other relevant information to know for our first remote meeting:

• ERAC members are designated “panelists” and have control of their microphones and video capability. At the Chair’s request, ERAC members should be on mute as a default to limit confusion from people talking over one another.
• Other attendees will be automatically on mute and must hit the “raise a hand” button to be called on. 
• The vote on the minutes from October and November will be by roll call. 
• The Chair will read through the EIA review comments from ERAC members.
• Public Input will occur after the ERAC member review comments. Each speaker gets 2 minutes.
