In keeping with CDC recommendations and complying with Governor Cooper's orders about meetings or gatherings during the COVID19 pandemic. The Affordable Housing Advisory Committee has switched to virtual meetings. The next meeting will be Thursday, May 7th, 2020 from 6:00pm to 7:30pm 

At this meeting the committee will discuss the following: 

- How COVID19 is impacting Housing in Chatham County

- Meeting Minutes from March and April Meetings

-Review and Discuss proposed changes to HTF Guidelines for FY21 cycle

The committee will also be breaking into subcommittees, the subcommittees are as follows: New Production, Engagement & Outreach, and Preservation.
