The calendar below provides information on scheduled meetings of the following:

  • Planning Board
  • Appearance Commission
  • Transportation Advisory Committee
  • Affordable Housing Advisory Committee 

It also includes deadlines related to rezonings and subdivisions as well as when the Board of County Commissioners is slated to hold public hearings on planning/zoning issues.

Chatham County Affordable Housing Advisory Committee Meeting

The Chatham County Affordable Housing Advisory Committee will be having a final discussion about Housing Trust Fund applications and make a final vote on recommendations to take to the Chatham County Board of County Commissioners. The committee will also debrief about the process and make suggestions on how to improve it for the second round later in 2020. AHAC will discuss refreshing their priorities, as well as upcoming events in Chatham that relate to affordable housing.
