In observance of Black History Month Chatham Community Library will host "Black Chatham: It's People and Institutions", presented by Dr. Charles Johnson, Associate Professor and Director of Public History at North Carolina Central University. The program will begin at 2:00 pm in the Holmes Meeting Room.

This program is free and open to the public.
