The calendar below provides information on scheduled meetings of the following:

  • Planning Board
  • Appearance Commission
  • Transportation Advisory Committee
  • Affordable Housing Advisory Committee 

It also includes deadlines related to rezonings and subdivisions as well as when the Board of County Commissioners is slated to hold public hearings on planning/zoning issues.

Affordable Housing Advisory Committee Meeting

The Chatham County Affordable Housing Advisory Committee will discuss any outstanding Housing Trust Fund applications. Review community presentation for future community engagement opportunities, and celebrate the end of the calendar year.

 

ALSO Feel free to join us on December 12, 2019 at a location that will be announced by mid November for our second Housing Social. At the housing social, community members, staff from different organizations and municipalities and other housing advocates get together to cultivate our relationships, share a meal together, and support a local business.
