The calendar below provides information on scheduled meetings of the following:

  • Planning Board
  • Appearance Commission
  • Transportation Advisory Committee
  • Affordable Housing Advisory Committee 

It also includes deadlines related to rezonings and subdivisions as well as when the Board of County Commissioners is slated to hold public hearings on planning/zoning issues.

Affordable Housing Advisory Committee Meeting

During this meeting,  Clintess Barrett, the Family Self-Sufficiency and Homeownership Coordinator for the Chatham County Housing Authority, will come speak to the committee about their programs and services.  The committee will continue to plan for the Landlord Forum which is scheduled to be held in Siler City on October 13th, from 9am-12pm. And the committee will begin to discuss landlord incentives.
