Sergio Borrayo, Code Enforcement Officer for Siler City will be speaking to the committee about enforcing the Minimum Housing Code in Siler City and what types of housing issues he often sees. The committee will also review a Fair Housing & Housing Quality Issues brochure and begin planning the logistics for the Landlord Forum to be held in the fall.
