Pittsboro, North Carolina 27312 - Introduction: The CCAC regular meeting is to determine compliance with land use regulations regarding site plans for non-residential projects that include landscaping, parking, signage, lighting, and overall visual layout of such projects.
The CCAC meeting is open to the public. A review of proposed site plans for non-residential projects will be conducted for compliance with land use regulations that involved landscaping, lighting, signage, parking, and general layout of said projects.
