Description: The premise of this website is simple: Drop a raindrop anywhere in the contiguous United States and see where it ends up. Once you’ve released your drop, the site automatically creates a map and takes you on a visual journey as it travels. It identifies each river it runs into, as well as how far along that body of water it would travel.

Description: This map geographically depicts the community’s vision, goals, and objectives for the future of Chatham County, developed through the 2017 Comprehensive Plan. The map indicates the preferred locations for future development, as well as the type and intensity of such development. More importantly, it indicates areas that are valued for their natural and cultural assets and should therefore be the subject of future conservation efforts.
